Surrender of certificate.—Every riparian owner who ceases to carry on the drawing of water from a river shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the River Basin Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every tube well held by him has been disposed of.
