Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Tamil Nadu Exhibition of Films on Television Screen through Video Cassette Recorders (Regulation) Act, 1984 (Tamil Nadu Act 7 of 1984); (b) "printer" means a person carrying on the printing of a periodical; (c) "periodical" means a periodical received, held or disposed of by a printer in the course of the printing of a periodical; (d) "Form VII" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
