Intimation of change.—Every operator of a vehicle carrying hazardous substances shall intimate to the Divisional Forest Officer, in Form VIII and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Divisional Forest Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
