Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a school bus shall apply to the Government of Gujarat in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Government of Gujarat shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
