Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a home stay who ceases to carry on the running of a home stay shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competent Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every art treasure held by him has been disposed of.
