Intimation of change.—Every operator of a home stay shall intimate to the Competent Authority, in Form V and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Competent Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
