Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the importer of drugs shall apply to the Director of Health Services in Form 41 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Director of Health Services shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
