Intimation of change.—Every importer of drugs shall intimate to the Director of Health Services, in Form 28 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Health Services shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
