Surrender of certificate.—Every importer of drugs who ceases to carry on the import of drugs shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Health Services in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 20-B of the manner in which every test report held by him has been disposed of.
