Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the e-return intermediary shall apply to the Dispute Resolution Panel in Form 15G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Dispute Resolution Panel shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
