Surrender of certificate.—Every transporter of minerals who ceases to carry on the transport of minerals shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Mines and Geology in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every stock of minerals held by him has been disposed of.
