Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the employer of foreigners shall apply to the Immigration Officer in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Immigration Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
