Application for registration.—Every insurance marketing firm carrying on the marketing of insurance products shall make an application for registration to the Insurance Information Bureau in Form IRDA-8, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every endorsement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
