Intimation of change.—Every hire-purchase financier shall intimate to the Registrar of Warehouses, in Form E and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Warehouses shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
