Surrender of certificate.—Every flying training organisation who ceases to carry on the training of pilots shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-4 of the manner in which every register of aircraft held by him has been disposed of.
