Periodical return.—Every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall furnish to the Revenue Divisional Officer, within seven days of the close of each year, a return in Form 2 of every map received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for seven days from the date on which it is furnished.
