Surrender of certificate.—Every actuary who ceases to carry on the practice as an actuary shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Tariff Advisory Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-4 of the manner in which every survey report held by him has been disposed of.
