Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a high-rise building shall apply to the National Authority in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the National Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
