Application for registration.—Every courier service provider carrying on the carriage of documents and parcels shall make an application for registration to the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority in Form F, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every register of contracts held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
