Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the toddy tapper shall apply to the Commissioner in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
