Application for registration.—Every lessee of a village tank carrying on the leasing of a village tank shall make an application for registration to the Zila Parishad in Form 3, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
