Safe custody.—Every lessee of a village tank shall keep every muster roll to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the leasing of a village tank is carried on, shall record in Form 4 the description of every muster roll so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Zila Parishad within seven days of the close of each year.
