Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a building in a vulnerable area who ceases to carry on the construction of buildings in a vulnerable area shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Fire Services in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every hazard map held by him has been disposed of.
