Maintenance of premises.—Every keeper of a place of public resort shall keep the premises where the conduct of a place of public resort is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every poison kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the conduct of a place of public resort, and shall furnish to the Chief Controller of Explosives in Form V, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
