Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a place of public resort shall intimate to the Chief Controller of Explosives, in Form VIII and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Chief Controller of Explosives shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
