Surrender of certificate.—Every limited liability partnership who ceases to carry on the business of a limited liability partnership shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Companies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form INC-1 of the manner in which every return held by him has been disposed of.
