Surrender of certificate.—Every consignor who ceases to carry on the consignment of goods shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Firms in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every invoice held by him has been disposed of.
