Safe custody.—Every empanelled consultant shall keep every sanction order to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the provision of consultancy services to the Government is carried on, shall record in Form GFR 41 the description of every sanction order so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Public Accounts Committee within fourteen days of the close of each year.
