Application for registration.—Every empanelled consultant carrying on the provision of consultancy services to the Government shall make an application for registration to the Public Accounts Committee in Form GFR 12-A, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every grant held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
