Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a high-rise building who ceases to carry on the maintenance of fire safety in a high-rise building shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Relief Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every stock held by him has been disposed of.
