Intimation of change.—Every courier agency shall intimate to the Commissioner, in Form GST DRC-03 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
