Intimation of change.—Every licensed surveyor shall intimate to the Sub-Divisional Officer, in Form 14 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Sub-Divisional Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
