Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any sanitation contractor dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Odisha in Form II, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of beneficiaries then held; and the Government of Odisha shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
