Intimation of change.—Every bottler of water shall intimate to the Tribunal, in Form C and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
