Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the principal employer shall apply to the Industrial Tribunal in Form I for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Industrial Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
