Intimation of change.—Every principal employer shall intimate to the Industrial Tribunal, in Form VIII and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Industrial Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
