Application for registration.—Every commission agent carrying on the business of a commission agent shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Chits in Form B, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every register of contracts held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
