Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the commission agent shall apply to the Registrar of Chits in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Registrar of Chits shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
