Intimation of change.—Every cabin crew member shall intimate to the Government of Puducherry, in Form CA-6 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Puducherry shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
