Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the training centre shall apply to the Government of Goa in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Government of Goa shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
