Intimation of change.—Every owner of a private drain shall intimate to the Director of Municipal Administration, in Form E and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Municipal Administration shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
