Intimation of change.—Every owner of a building shall intimate to the Director of Municipal Administration, in Form D and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Municipal Administration shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
