Fees.—The fee of five hundred rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of two hundred and fifty rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Director of Municipal Administration by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form C; and the Director of Municipal Administration shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within thirty days of its receipt.
