Conditions of registration.—Every organiser of a conference attended by foreigners shall carry on the holding of conferences attended by foreigners only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every certificate of naturalisation in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such certificate of naturalisation for inspection on request by the Immigration Officer, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
