Intimation of change.—Every owner of a saw mill shall intimate to the Government of Tamil Nadu, in Form VIII and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Tamil Nadu shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
