Intimation of change.—Every exhibitor shall intimate to the Press Council, in Form VIII and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Press Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
