Surrender of certificate.—Every secured creditor who ceases to carry on the enforcement of security interest shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Banking Ombudsman in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every security interest held by him has been disposed of.
