Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any occupant dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Land Tribunal in Form 1, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every record of rights then held; and the Land Tribunal shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
