Surrender of certificate.—Every foreign company who ceases to carry on the carrying on of business in India by a foreign company shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Companies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form MGT-7 of the manner in which every register of charges held by him has been disposed of.
