Application for registration.—Every foreign company carrying on the carrying on of business in India by a foreign company shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Companies in Form INC-22, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every debenture held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
